The University of North Carolina A&T has now launched AbroadOffice at: http://ncat.abroadoffice.net.
I”d like to welcome our newest partner on AbroadOffice. University of New Mexico coordinates an extensive list of exchange partners (over 200) and thus they look forward to AbroadOffice assisting them in efficient coordination of their program database.
We are delighted to have them on board.
Their Abroad Office installation can be seen here:
We have established this blog to keep our partners informed about updates, new releases, news and events and site maintenance information related to AbroadOffice.net. I look forward to sharing regular updates with you as we increase the functionality of the system and welcome new partners.

We released several new features to Abroad Office this week
1) Photo galleries
There is no better way to highlight a study abroad experience than with pictures. You now have the capability to display gorgeous photo galleries on any page in Abroad Office.
An example gallery can be seen here [SS, make link to a nice gallery on StateU when it is working again]
2) Customizable Student Reports
This is a feature that allows you, as an administrator, to improve and speed up your reporting process.
You now have the ability to customize student reports and templates based on only the fields you need to see, filtered by the criteria that you want.
The “New Report Template is currently under the “SA Office” tab, but it will be migrated to the “Students” tab
3) Improved Navigation inside the Site Administration module
We have re-arranged the administration site and you will see a new grey tab at the top of the page titled: “AO Set-up”.
We will be migrating all website design and customization functions under this tab.
Please let us know if you have any questions on these features.
More on the way…
